Charles provided a fantastic service. He was always responsive and that’s what I was looking for. You can send him a message and know that within a 1-2 hour window, he’s responded (usually minutes). To me, that’s an amazing experience. He provided good details on homes I was looking for, did his research and you can see that in his walk-arounds during the home visits. He went above and beyond to make sure all our questions were answered.
All-around it was a great experience to work with Charles and I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone!
