Charles really goes above and beyond. I felt like he really had our interests at heart through the entire process and wanted us to be 100% happy with the decision we made. Charles took initiatives to get more information about the properties we were considering, always super responsive and answered all our (many) questions so quickly! This made making sure we had all that we need to make an informed decision easy. It was very reassuring to know that we had someone that cares and clearly knows what he’s doing on our team. I STRONGLY recommend Charles to my own family and loved ones, that says a lot.
