While there are so many good things to tell about Charles, I try to focus my review on why anyone would pick him. In my opinion, there are two types of buyers/sellers; the first kind is the one that gets a real estate agent for buying/selling. The second kind is to go on your own or perhaps get some basic service. For the first kind, you would end up paying the same commission no matter who you went with. However, if you go with Charles, you are not only going to save a lot of money but save a lot of headaches. He is super responsive and available as you wish. You just can’t get that easily. I have no idea how he does it but he just does it every single time. If you are buying, he will negotiate and come up with a nice game plan. I also found him not pushing you and patiently go through any number of houses until you get the one you like. In our case, he was able to get the house we desired under the asking price in this seller’s market. If you are a seller, then he provides a nice pricing strategy and uses a lot of strategies to bring the top dollar for your loving home. In our case, he was able to sell our home way over asking. So, now if you are a person of the second kind, then I would say you will probably save some money in commission but most likely going to lose tons of money in the negotiations of the deal. Therefore, no matter what kind you are, we simply recommend Charles for your next real estate transaction.
P.S. Aside from Charles being a great real estate agent, he is also an amazing human being and we are glad we found him. Looking forward to working with you again
