I have to say that I am very happy with the level of service and professionalism provided by Charles. He’s wonderful to work with and very helpful and friendly. His response rate is outstanding, I don’t think I’ve ever had to wait more than a few minutes to get a call back or a text. He goes above and beyond to help you out and works endlessly to make it happen. He’s definitely earned the title of being my family’s realtor from this point on. Thanks for everything Charles!
